Our people.

At Aztec Label, members of our friendly sales team are extremely knowledgeable and understand the requirements and processes involved in the production of self-adhesive labels and product tags. This means that they are perfectly equipped to assist customers in finding solutions that meet their individual specifications, whilst also keeping in mind budgetary limitations and lead time requirements.

With almost four decades of experience in the labels industry, Colin was an experienced machine operator before starting his own business in 1994. As the Managing Director he is involved in all areas of the day-to-day running of Aztec Label.

For more than 20 years, Sharon has been responsible for managing the accounts department. Self-taught in the field, she is justly proud of the accounts team mantra: ‘It either balances to the penny, or it doesn’t balance!’

Over the last 10 years Tom has had hands-on experience across every area of the business. Achieving a status of factory manager, he now oversees all areas of the business, working directly with both sales and production teams.

Originally joining as part of the sales team, David has been with Aztec Label for more than 15 years. After progressing to his current role, he is responsible for print planning and ensuring customer delivery schedules are always met.

Oliver joined us directly from University and has proven t a major asset to many areas of the business. He is a skilled Repro Operator and has overseen many operational changes since his joining.

Phil joined Aztec Label in 2018, bringing with him more than 35 years’ experience in the labels industry. Hugely knowledgeable in both MIS systems and customer services, Phil is responsible for raising all customer orders and handling order enquiries.
