As much as we were told of the potential savings we still needed to prove its effectiveness for ourselves, so we purchased professional monitoring equipment, and conducted controlled tests on both our old UV curing stations and new LED systems.
The conclusion on all of these tests: a minimum 63% power saving. Which will translate directly to an equal saving on the energy costs, and more importantly a massive saving on our carbon footprint.
